Meaning Behind The Name

So a few people asked me this so I thought I should answer:

Why is your blog name connect the dots?

well, first to simple reason. i made this blog in the summer and in the summer, i dont tan. Instead, my freckles connect! (Im Irish) Anyway, that night my friends thought it would be funny to “connect the dots” when I was sleeping…. they basically just scribbled across my nose hahah.

theres also a second reason. my life is complicated. i know alot of people say this, and if you have ever met me, you would think my life is a cake walk. but no matter how much I smile, I am most likely freaking out on the inside.. about my insecurities, friends, hockey, family, and school. so thats when i decided to make the blog. i thought of the night before, how simple and fun and worry free it was! how everything seemed to line up and make perfect sense. so i use this blog to escape everything. i use this blog to dream of things i want. I use this blog the connect the dots of my life. I use this blog to be FREE.

So here I am! Trying to get away from the chaos. Running away while staying still. Exploring dream lands while sitting in reality. I dont even care if this makes sense. becasue to me, right now, it all seems to be crystal clear. xx
